At SAP, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals through innovative solutions. As a Global Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our customers' success by developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and adoption of our cloud solutions.

Your Path To Success

  • You will take ownership of an assigned territory focused on upsell opportunities, leveraging your expertise in complex business software and IT solutions to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Through your customer strategy, you'll motivate an account team to execute your plan, ensuring strategic alignment and driving results.
  • You'll perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales, sales specialists, and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • The account executive will support SAP's strategy by implementing value-based selling throughout the sales cycle, from project identification to closing, as well as in post-sales follow-up.

What we expect from you:

  • You will be a passionate and experienced salesperson who wants to be part of Europe's largest cloud company.
  • You will manage complex sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams in pre-sales, value management, offer management, internal sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • You know how to address C-levels in your customers and in your company to define a long-term roadmap.
  • You have successfully led transformational and long sales cycle projects in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • You know how to manage your business at a quarter level to meet your company's challenges.
  • You have a good level of business English.
  • Knowledge of the banking and insurance industry is a real advantage.

Qualification / Skills :

  • 10+ years of business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software / IT solutions.
  • 5+ years of deep industry/domain expertise.
  • 5+ years of Large Account Management experience / leading account teams.
  • Knowledge of the SAP offering.
  • Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation.
