Senior Account Executive, ENR
The Global Account Manager is the key account leader responsible for driving engagement with our strategic customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation, adoption, and growth across the customer lifecycle.
Your Path To Success
- You will take ownership of an assigned ENR territory focused on upselling opportunities.
- Through your customer strategy, you will motivate an account team to execute your strategy.
- You will perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales, sales specialists, and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- You will support SAP's strategy by implementing value-based selling throughout the sales cycle and in post-sales follow-up.
- You will generate pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and top-tier channel partners.
What We Expect From You
- You will be a passionate and experienced salesperson who wants to be part of Europe's largest cloud company.
- You will manage complex sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams in pre-sales, value management, offer management, internal sales, marketing, and sales support.
- You will know how to address C-levels in your customers and in your company to define a long-term roadmap.
- You will have successfully led transformational and long sales cycle projects in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- You will know how to manage your business at a quarter level to meet your company's challenges.
- You will have a good level of business English.
- Knowledge of the banking and insurance industry is a real advantage.
Qualification/Skills
- 10+ years of business experience in sales or consulting with complex business software/IT solutions.
- 5+ years of deep industry/domain expertise.
- 5+ years of large account management experience/leading account teams.
- Knowledge of the SAP offering.
- Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
- Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity, and innovation.
