Your Role: Team Leader - Installations and Maintenance
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team of skilled technicians in the VOLA Tracks and Overhead Lines service. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our transportation infrastructure.
- Leadership and Coordination:
Lead a team of 10 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Act as the primary point of contact between management and field teams, effectively communicating project updates and operational needs. - Technical Expertise:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of track and overhead line maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective measures. Implement and test new maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency and safety. - Training and Development:
Contribute to the development of training modules for team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. - Safety and Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards on a daily basis. Conduct regular inspections and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
Your Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background, ideally possessing a BTS/BAC+2 level qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating proven team management skills, electrical expertise, and site coordination capabilities is highly desirable. Knowledge of tramway or railway maintenance techniques would be a significant asset.
Strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in IT tools is mandatory.
