Key Responsibilities- Design and execute personalized support plans for individuals
- Encourage social inclusion and independence through customized interventions in daily life, parenting, and civic engagement
- Offer guidance and assistance to individuals in navigating their rights, personal goals, and community integration
- Engage in collective initiatives and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders
- Work in conjunction with other professionals to build effective partnerships
- Create and maintain professional documentation
- Possession of the State Diploma of Social and Family Intervention Technician (DETISF)
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, self-sufficiency, organizational skills, confidentiality, keen observational and analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit
- A valid driver's license is mandatory
