Job Title: Deputy Counsel - Swiss and Italian Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Counsel to join our Dispute Resolution Services team at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our case management team with cases connected to Italy and Switzerland.

The ICC is a global organization with a core mission to make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere. Our convening power enables us to set rules and standards that facilitate over $17 trillion dollars in trade each year. We provide tailored products and digital services that directly address the real challenges faced by businesses operating internationally.

As a Deputy Counsel, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, phone conversations, and interactions with parties and arbitral tribunals concerning all aspects of case management. You will work closely with our team to provide expert advice and support to our clients.

We are looking for recently qualified lawyers with at least two years' relevant professional experience in international arbitration. A good knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage. Excellent verbal and writing skills in English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, phone conversations, and interactions with parties and arbitral tribunals
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients
  • Work closely with the case management team to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements:

  • Recently qualified lawyers with at least two years' relevant professional experience in international arbitration
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
  • A good knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage
