Global Influencer Marketing Assistant

Coty is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Global Influencer Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies for Hugo Boss fragrances worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building and coordinating PR & Influence strategies for Hugo Boss fragrances worldwide
  • Support the team in developing global influencer strategies and activations meeting local needs
  • Manage influencer databases/profile searches through Traackr platform
  • Help in designing creative initiatives targeting influencers
  • Proficiency & interest in data analytics
  • Analysis of results based on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate) in Marketing, Communication, or Luxury management – Communication schools too.
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships / work experience
  • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (& French ideally but not mandatory)
  • Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
