Operations Coordinator for Hinicio Brussels

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Hinicio Brussels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting our global expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and business cards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Support the organization of corporate events and administer MS SharePoint access.
- Coordinate project setups and liaise with project managers in NL, BE, and FR.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for expense reimbursements and corporate card usage.
- Support grant and subsidy applications, tender processes, and partner interactions.
- Manage employee data across tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Belgian, French, and Dutch administrative procedures.
- Proactive can-do attitude, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint and TEAMS.
