Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including IT equipment, supplies, and office snacks.

Support the organization of corporate events and manage employee data across tools and platforms.

Centralize contractual and NDA signatures for supplier and client contracts.

Work in an international dynamic environment with a value-driven company of human size.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or equivalent.

Familiarity with Belgian, French, and Dutch administrative procedures.

Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint and TEAMS.

Quick learner, adaptable to changing priorities in an international environment.

Fluency in English, with native-level proficiency in French or Dutch, and proficiency in the other language.

Experience with MS Excel, Lists, and PowerBI.

Previous experience in an international role.
