Operational Administration

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role will be responsible for managing office supplies, IT equipment, and business cards, as well as supporting the organization of corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee data across various tools and platforms, liaising with HR staff in Europe.
  • Centralize contractual and NDA signatures for supplier and client contracts.
  • Support the organization of corporate events and manage office logistics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Belgian, French, and Dutch administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint and TEAMS.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing priorities in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English, with native-level proficiency in French or Dutch, and proficiency in the other language.
  • Experience with MS Excel, Lists, and PowerBI.
  • Previous experience in an international role.
