Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and validate the administrative data entry for harvest personnel (pickers and pressers)
- Review time entry documentation, input hours worked, and ensure accuracy in the time tracking of staff involved in pressing operations
- Support the coordinator in addressing inquiries from harvesters following payroll processing
- Occasionally visit the vineyard to distribute contracts to harvest workers
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a BAC + 2 in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of two years of proven experience in a similar role
- A meticulous individual capable of thriving under pressure with a strong collaborative spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
