We are currently seeking a talented Interior Architect / Project Manager to enhance our dynamic retail design team. This position focuses on the technical execution of our retail design initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities Duties include:
    • Developing detailed technical drawings for a variety of projects including retail spaces, hospitality venues, exhibitions, and events: encompassing Pre-design, Schematic Design (SD), and Design Development (DD).
    • Overseeing the SD and DD phases, and compiling comprehensive specification documents.
    • Transforming creative concepts into precise 2D/3D representations, utilizing materials produced by the design team such as 3D visuals, sketches, and architectural drawings.
    • Providing technical solutions that support innovative design ideas.
    • Creating presentation materials that combine sketches and technical plans for client discussions.
    • Conducting research on references, materials, finishes, and architectural details.
    • Collaborating effectively with both internal design teams and external partners.
    • Engaging in client communications to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • A degree in architecture or interior architecture.
    • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including blocks and parameters.
    • Expertise in Sketchup.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of rendering software such as Vray or Keyshot is advantageous.
    • Understanding of safety regulations, including ERP and PMR standards.
    • Experience within the Retail, Hospitality, and Luxury sectors.
    • Strong hand-drawing and sketching abilities.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Detail-oriented and self-sufficient.
    • A collaborative spirit, thriving in team environments.
    • Adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
