Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team at PTW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our studio facilities, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our management team, including drafting letters, memos, and reports, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Financial Administration
    • Manage supplier invoices and payments, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Production Support
    • Support our production team with scheduling and coordination of recordings and other production activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a facilities management or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
