We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at The Salmon Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through innovative strategies and exceptional leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategy consulting, innovation consulting, or a related field. With a strong background in analysis, synthesis, and creativity, you will translate strategic thinking into original, concrete recommendations that drive business impact. You will work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them, leveraging your expertise in market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, provide expert advice, and deliver high-quality results that meet their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication among team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years' experience: In strategy consulting, innovation consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Education: A degree from a top-tier university or business school, such as Sciences Po, Dauphine, or CELSA.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English (C2) and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
