About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in building Transatel's UK business, working closely with the Head of Business Development UK based in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading technology growth company and be at the core of its development.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the UK mobile market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers across all segments of the business, with a focus on the Pay-as-you-go segment and the B2B segment.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts with MVNOs and provide support to the UK MVNO Account Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and attend trade show events to promote Transatel's products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in business development or a related field.
  • Graduate student with business development or client relations experience in a large organization preferred.
  • Interest in IT or telecom and ability to work autonomously in a professional environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, high level of resilience, and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Experience working and/or studying in the UK is mandatory, with bilingualism in English required and French as a plus.
