We are seeking an experienced Wind and Solar Farm Operations Specialist to join our Operation and Maintenance department at CGNEE Europe Energy.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage wind and solar farms across Europe, ensuring optimal production and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the grid manager to plan and execute interventions, ensuring compliance with protocols and safety rules.
- Diagnose and resolve communication issues, breakdowns, and grid failures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and analyze performance indicators, including production statistics and operational metrics.
- Assist the OCC team leader and department leader in reporting and statistical analysis tasks.
- 1 or 2-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Work experience as a dispatcher in the OEM or DSO/TSO industry.
- Excellent team player, goal-orientated, dynamic, and curious.
- Fluent in French and English.
A competitive salary range starting from 50K/year (allowance included) and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team committed to integrating a new 24/7 monitoring system and organization.
