Business Development Leader for High-Tech and Automotive Sector

Unlock your potential with Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering. As a sales manager in Korea, you will define and monitor accounts for long-term success, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth.
- Work with tech sales teams and internal stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities and establish good rapport with key clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging your expertise in SW sales and account management.
- Sell 3DS solutions based on Integrity & Proven Performance, driving new business and maintaining high activity levels and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in managing large accounts or multiple small accounts, and a proven track record in SW sales.
- Ability to identify new accounts, develop high-level relationships, and influence leading to closure of deals.
- Engineering degree or any other discipline, with excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
