Business Development Specialist Public Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Public Sector to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a Business Analyst Public Sector, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives with governments, public entities, and academic institutions in the South East area.
The public sector is at a critical juncture in its evolution, and we need a talented individual to help us navigate this landscape. As a Business Analyst Public Sector, you will be responsible for monitoring the Italian public sector market, identifying partnership opportunities, and providing support in strategic market development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Italian public sector market and identify partnership opportunities with the Public Administration, Research Centers, and Universities.
- Provide support in strategic market development activities, including conducting in-depth market research and analyzing market data.
- Collaborate in the definition of lead generation strategies, including identifying potential customers and creating lists of qualified contacts.
- Support in managing contacts with potential customers through effective and proactive communications.
- Promote our solutions and training services for Customers and Partners.
Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Political Sciences, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Strong interest in technology and public sector business development.
- Great analytical and research skills, with a flair for interpreting market data.
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written (Turkish will be considered a plus).
- Exceptional communication skills and predisposition to relationships, both internal and external to the company.
- Proactive spirit, flexible mindset, can-do attitude, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
