Senior Sustainability Account Manager

We're seeking a talented Strategic Account Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers and Sellers make sustainable choices along their purchase journey.
Our goal is to enable and inspire customers to find sustainable products, delivered in the most sustainable way, and to extend the life of their products. This benefits both our customers and Sellers, as it reduces returns and refunds, improving their economics.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for helping Sellers access Sustainability programs, such as Warranty Repair services, Climate Pledge Friendly Certification, and Ship in Product Packaging programs. You'll also be critical in launching, rolling out, and improving these programs across EU.
Key Responsibilities:
# Launch and scale new Sustainability programs
# Define and coordinate Seller recruitment strategy to use the programs, and manage top Sellers on Amazon's European marketplaces
# Define recruitment strategy of third-party partners to increase Sustainable after-market services
# Identify and prioritize key areas for service and business improvement, collecting valuable voice of Sellers and Partners to influence the product roadmap
# Report progress to EU leadership team
# Contribute to yearly Operating Plans to develop and improve Sustainability programs for Sellers
Requirements:
# Experience in building relationships with strategic Sellers
# Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
# Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
# Good knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon
# Proven experience in launching/scaling new programs
