Join Amazon's Sustainability Team

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Sustainability team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in launching, scaling, and improving our Sustainability programs across the EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and scale new Sustainability programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Develop and implement a Seller recruitment strategy to drive adoption of our Sustainability programs, focusing on top Sellers on Amazon's European marketplaces.
  • Identify and prioritize key areas for service and business improvement, leveraging valuable feedback from Sellers and Partners to inform our product roadmap.
  • Report progress to our EU leadership team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to yearly Operating Plans, driving the development and improvement of our Sustainability programs for Sellers.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to grow sustainable options for Sellers across Europe, defining and implementing strategies to achieve this goal.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building relationships with strategic Sellers, with a strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to elaborate, implement, and scale a strategic vision.
  • Good knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon, with a proven ability to launch and scale new programs.
