Qui recrute un Technical Support Specialist ?

Kalyptus, un acteur majeur dans le domaine de la recherche de talents en IT et digital, est en pleine expansion et recherche un Technical Support Specialist pour renforcer son équipe de Maintenance en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO).

Responsabilités du Technical Support Specialist :

En tant que Technical Support Specialist, vous aurez un rôle clé en prenant en charge les incidents de niveau 2 lorsque l'équipe de premier niveau rencontre des difficultés. Vous serez chargé de diagnostiquer rapidement les problèmes techniques, d'identifier les causes sous-jacentes et d'assurer une résolution complète des incidents. Votre intervention se fera principalement à distance, mais vous serez également amené à coordonner les interventions des prestataires externes si nécessaire.

Votre mission inclura également la conduite de projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser la performance du service. En participant activement à l'optimisation des processus de gestion des incidents, vous contribuerez directement à l'amélioration globale de l'organisation. Ces projets d'amélioration continue seront suivis régulièrement et feront partie intégrante de votre rôle.

Vous serez en contact fréquent avec divers interlocuteurs pour garantir la remontée et le traitement efficace des incidents. Vous utiliserez les outils de gestion et de suivi des incidents mis en place par l'entreprise et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes pour améliorer constamment le taux de disponibilité des systèmes.

Profil recherché pour le Technical Support Specialist :

Le candidat idéal doit posséder une formation solide en informatique, de niveau Bac+3/5, avec une spécialisation en réseaux et télécommunications, ainsi qu'une expérience en support technique, de préférence dans un environnement de maintenance de matériel.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable (niveau B2 minimum, C1 souhaité) pour assurer une communication fluide dans un cadre professionnel international.

Vous devez faire preuve d'un excellent esprit d'analyse et être capable de résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière efficace. L'aptitude à travailler en équipe et à gérer des interventions externes est essentielle, tout comme une culture de l'amélioration continue et du résultat.
