Key Responsibilities- Provide quality and personalized customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, including shift reports and log books.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve administrative and operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure all guests receive a swift and professional check-in and check-out experience, including handling room assignments and key card distribution.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized Front Office environment, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
