As the first point of contact for our professional clients, you create a unique experience by welcoming them with a smile and advising them with expertise towards the products best suited to their needs.

Your role goes beyond simple sales; you are an essential partner in the realization of their projects.

You accompany our clients by keeping them informed of ongoing commercial actions, while suggesting complementary products.

How?

You build unique relationships with our clients by offering tailored solutions at each visit.

In close collaboration with your Agency Manager, you energize the store by infusing energy and creativity.

You manage the store's stock, juggling between receiving merchandise and preparing deliveries, while ensuring logistical follow-up.

You bring the store to life by highlighting our products and ensuring the maintenance of the display areas (merchandising, labeling, zoning, inventory rotation, etc.). You ensure they are always perfect according to the 3P rule: Full, Clean, and Priced.

You also ensure the proper management of the sales area and the warehouse.

You've understood, your ultimate goal is to cultivate excellence in customer service and transform each client into a CEDEO ambassador.

The Plus? You have a successful first experience in B-to-B and/or in trade.
