Senior Strategic Designer, Platinion

At Capijobnew, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Strategic Designer to join our Platinion team. As a key member of our digital design practice, you'll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth through human-centered design.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design strategy and vision for clients, balancing business goals with customer needs and market viability.
- Develop and facilitate immersion sessions, workshops, and design sprints to drive innovation and collaboration.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and create actionable insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and architecture, to ensure design alignment and adoption.
- Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders, using a range of visual and narrative tools.
- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end strategic design, including human-centered design activities.
- Strong knowledge of research methods, user interface standards, and design tools.
- Ability to drive operational and client service excellence, presenting project results to C-Level.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational skills, self-motivation, and resourcefulness, coupled with a creative mindset and presence.
