About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to join our team. As an IT Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, applications, and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in daily IT operations, including SaaS management, configuration review, automation, and escalation point for IT support
- Contributing to the improvement of our IT operations, including reviewing and standardizing our processes
- Managing IT projects, both led by IT and by other departments, such as People, Marketing, and Product
As an IT Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our IT teams, including Support, Security, and Infrastructure, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects and improve our IT operations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience working in IT, particularly in Operations, Service Delivery, and Project Management
- A strong interest in and knowledge of corporate IT topics, including SaaS, device management, security, and more
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in French and English
- Organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
