IT Operations Manager

At Dataiku, we're not just adapting to the AI revolution, we're leading it. Our IT Operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate systems, applications, and infrastructure. We're looking for a talented IT Operations Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of AI.
As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for actively participating in our daily IT operations, managing IT projects, and collaborating with various departments and technical teams. You will report to the Senior Manager of IT Ops Engineering and work closely with the IT (Support, Operations, Security) and Infrastructure teams.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in our daily IT operations, including SaaS management, configuration review, automation, and escalation point for IT support
- Contributing to the improvement of our IT operations, including review and standardization of our processes
- Managing projects autonomously, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Collecting requirements/needs from internal stakeholders
- Writing specifications and collaborating with technical teams
- Leading the project delivery
- Participating in the definition and update of our IT roadmap
- Collaborating daily with the whole IT department: Support, Security, Infra
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, both within Dataiku and among our suppliers (in collaboration with the Procurement)
We're looking for someone with +3 years of experience working in IT, especially in Operations, Service Delivery, and Project Management. You should have a strong interest in and knowledge of corporate IT topics, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with autonomy.
