The Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) focuses on advancing the company's cloud and industry internet strategy. CSIG investigates the interactions between users and industries to develop innovative solutions for smart industries through technological advancements such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and network security. By driving the digital transformation of sectors like retail, healthcare, education, and transportation, CSIG assists companies in serving users more intelligently, fostering a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that link users and businesses.

  • Collaborate with channel partners to promote cooperative selling initiatives.
  • Gain insights into customers' businesses and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of your customers' roles within their respective industries or channels, as well as your partners' strategies, needs, and profitability drivers.
  • Meet or surpass sales targets, maintain revenue growth, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance account development and revenue potential.
  • Prepare and implement strategic account plans, status reports, sales forecasts, and quota achievement.
  • Become an authority on Tencent Cloud offerings, striving to comprehend customer needs and deliver service solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner leadership and direct sales, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and foster interdependent partnerships.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
  • Committed to continuous learning about new products, technologies, and communication skills.
  • Exhibit diplomacy and comfort in managing complex partner discussions.
  • Experienced in collaborating with partners (Consulting, Channel, ISV) with a proven track record of driving overall business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Able to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.
