About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at HCL Software. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base for BigFix, our premier endpoint security management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts with clients and prospects to build pipeline and deliver on targets
  • Hunt new logos and net new customers for BigFix
  • Work with customers, internal teams, and business partners to drive new sales and expand existing business
  • Partner directly with sales teams to deliver solutions that address client business needs and deliver client value while supporting product-specific business strategies
  • Engage at all levels within the customer, sales, and channel partner organization
  • Provide sales direction and leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Work with client partner sales teams to progress and close opportunities on an accelerated timetable
  • Exceed assigned targets for new software sales and renewals
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' sales experience in enterprise software with knowledge of the Endpoint Security space
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build rapport in senior customer relationships
  • Proven sales track record in the technology sector and be confident discussing both general and specific security issues
  • An outstanding ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on the HCL software portfolio
