Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts. This role will involve leading the recruitment processes for managers and professionals within various locations, including R&D centers and corporate headquarters.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the Group Recruitment Strategy and its associated policies, processes, and tools, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This position serves as a vital business partner, fostering a local network to promote internal mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and evaluating candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Managing the complete recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
  • Developing sourcing and assessment methodologies to deliver hires efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Cultivating and sustaining productive relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Facilitating training sessions focused on attracting talent within the organization.
  • Utilizing market insights and competitive intelligence to discover new recruitment sources proactively.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and organizational projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
  • Experience in a matrixed and international setting is advantageous.

Required Skills

  • High energy and drive.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to leverage digital tools and networks.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
