Role Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts. This position will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes for various managerial and professional roles within the organization.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will implement the recruitment strategy and related policies, ensuring effective sourcing and onboarding of candidates. This role requires building a strong local network to promote internal mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop sourcing and assessment methodologies to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues to support recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions focused on attracting top talent.
- Utilize market insights to discover new recruitment avenues.
- Assist in talent acquisition projects, including employer branding and organizational development.
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree in business with a focus on Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting.
- Experience in a matrixed and international environment is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- High energy and drive.
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to leverage digital tools and networks.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
