Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee recruitment processes for managers and professionals within our organization. This role involves collaborating with HR and hiring managers across various locations.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will implement the recruitment strategy and associated policies, ensuring a seamless process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
As a key business partner, the specialist will also focus on fostering a local network to enhance internal mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
- Develop sourcing and assessment methodologies to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external agencies.
- Conduct training sessions on talent attraction strategies.
- Utilize market insights to discover new recruitment avenues.
- Assist in talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and organizational projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree in business with a focus on Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting.
- Experience in a matrixed and international environment is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- High energy and motivation.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in utilizing digital tools for networking.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
