About the Role
As a key member of the WTW France team, the Business Finance Partner will play a critical role in supporting the business leaders in their commercial decision-making, managing financial performance, and shaping future business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and advice to the business, focusing on both historical and forward-looking information.
- Support the business leaders in their commercial decision-making, including assistance with financial modeling.
- Manage the month-end process, with a focus on revenue.
- Prepare and comment on standard monthly management reports.
- Review and analyze actual performance against budget and prior year.
- Identify future risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of contingency plans.
- Support the Financial Reporting and Control team in various month-end reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Exceptional commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of key business revenue and profit drivers.
- Strong financial knowledge, with at least 5 years of experience in business finance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the business.
- Team player, willing to share knowledge and work closely with the wider finance team.
- Pro-active, with the ability to use initiative, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
- Passionate about making a difference and adding value to the business.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Highly computer literate, with superior skills in Microsoft Excel and a knowledge of accounting packages.
