Poste :

Nous recherchons un Assistant Event Manager F/H pour rejoindre notre équipe à Live Nation SAS.

Missions :
  • Assister la Responsable Event dans la planification et l'organisation d'événements divers (activation concerts et/ou festivals, événements de marque, etc.).
  • Coordonner les aspects logistiques des événements (réservations de lieux, transport, hébergement).
  • Participer à la définition des besoins en termes de matériel et de personnel pour les événements.
  • Participer à l'écriture des recommandations pour les besoins des appels d'offre.
  • Aider à la gestion des inscriptions et des invitations.
  • Participer aux réunions de débriefing et proposer des axes d'amélioration pour les futurs événements.

Compétences requises :
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Suite Office, logiciels de gestion d'événements).
  • Connaissance des nouvelles technologies et réseaux sociaux.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Bon relationnel et sens de la communication.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les imprévus.
  • Créativité et sens du détail.
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité (travail en soirée et week-end possible).

Indemnités de stage :
Selon base légale pour un temps plein + 50% des Tickets Restaurant.
