As a key member of the EXH team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success by leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and core values.
- Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational excellence and improve employee engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the French labor relations team to ensure constructive relationships with employee representatives.
- Steer employee relations issues in line with the company's core business values, driving a culture of fairness and accountability.
Requirements:
- Seasoned professional with experience in senior HR responsibilities and member of business unit board.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of HR administration and regulations, including current employment laws.
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict management skills.
- Proven experience managing senior team members.
- Strategic and analytical approach to HR planning and data management.
- Fluent in French and excellent verbal and written English skills.
