  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational excellence and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the French labor relations team to ensure constructive relationships with employee representatives.
  • Steer employee relations issues in line with the company's core business values, driving a culture of fairness and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned professional with experience in senior HR responsibilities and member of business unit board.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of HR administration and regulations, including current employment laws.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict management skills.
  • Proven experience managing senior team members.
  • Strategic and analytical approach to HR planning and data management.
  • Fluent in French and excellent verbal and written English skills.
