Job Description

As a Finance Manager - FP&A and Controlling, you will join Babilou Family's finance team, working in a multicultural environment with competent and enthusiastic colleagues. Your mission will involve structuring, analyzing, and forecasting the group's financial activities, reporting to the Group Controller and supervising a senior analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide necessary analyses for operational and strategic management of different countries, ensuring the reliability of financial documentation for the market, shareholders, and investors.
  • FP&A Management: Manage monthly closing processes, summarize performance in monthly notes for communication to various departments and shareholders, and develop and monitor budgets to contribute to goal achievement.
  • Financial Modeling: Create, develop, and maintain financial models to analyze the group's financial results, conduct ad-hoc analyses to enhance operational performance in different countries, and present analysis results and provide recommendations to Babilou Family's GM/CFOs and country heads.
  • EPM Redesign: Contribute to the redesign of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in audit/TS (Big Four type) and corporate financial analysis/control.
  • Good understanding of the FP&A process, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ideally in LBO-type structures.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a rapidly changing and high-growth environment.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and synthesis abilities are crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory, and advanced Excel skills are essential.
