Commercial Director - MCS Division

Eviden, a subsidiary of Atos, is a global leader in digital transformation, cloud, big data, and security. We are seeking a Commercial Director to join our MCS Division, responsible for driving business growth and development in the defense and security sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve ER, OE, and GM targets
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and events teams to drive commercial activity
  • Monitor and maintain a precise pipeline and key opportunities in Salesforce
  • Develop and implement MCS sales strategies across the sales cycle, coordinating complex sales efforts to facilitate closing deals
  • Communicate and present the value of MCS solutions to clients and partners at all levels
  • Participate in the MCS commercial committee to share business vision, strategy, and project updates
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in complex technical solutions, preferably in the defense and security sector. You should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
