About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at our Centre of Relations Clients E-Agence in Chartres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
  • Propose tailored solutions to meet client needs or direct them to relevant experts
  • Market and sell relevant products and services to clients, including consumer credit, mortgage loans, insurance, and savings
  • Guide clients in using multichannel tools and promote their use (tablets and Pacifica applications)
  • Ensure risk management and monitoring of client portfolios
  • Targeted conquest of new clients while maintaining high-quality relationships
  • Ensure compliance in commercial relationships

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong commercial background and excellent communication skills. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector or a related field, with a strong track record of sales and client relationship management.
