Join Our Team as a Technico-Commercial Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technico-Commercial Representative to join our team at UPTOO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Centre region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the construction or related industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
