Coty, a global leader in beauty, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Category Manager Assistant. As a key member of our commercial team, you will assist the Category Manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and optimize product assortment in our retail partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement plans of action to optimize product assortment in our retail partners.
- Assist in analyzing the performance of promotional operations and trade marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, digital, and supply chain teams to develop and execute trade activations.
- Participate in market analysis and contribute to the creation of tools for the Category Manager.
- Develop a deep understanding of our categories and identify trends and opportunities using our IRI panel.
- Manage national and regional promotions, developing communication tools for stores and sales forces.
Requirements:
- Student in search of a 6-month internship or a graduate student.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
Location: Paris, 17th arrondissement, at the Coty France headquarters.
Duration: 6-month internship starting in January 2025.
