Unlock Your Potential as a Regional Revenue Manager

As a key member of our Revenue & Distribution department, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability for our portfolio of hotels. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to analyze market trends, forecast revenue, and develop strategies to optimize inventory and pricing. You will work closely with hotel management teams to drive results through effective training and coaching, and participate in forecasting, budgeting, and the development of annual plans.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive revenue and market share for your responsible locations through data analysis, market research, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Manage distribution channels and communicate effectively with hotel management teams.
  • Produce comprehensive and timely reporting to local leadership teams and the Head of Revenue Management.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and the development of annual plans.
  • Assist with the implementation of Revenue Management standards and work on projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of succession planning for the Revenue Management team.
Who You Are:

You have at least 3+ years' experience in Revenue Management within a multi-property or cluster role. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in econometrics and/or hotel or tourism management. You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate and interpret data. You have experience with property management systems and Revenue Management Systems is mandatory; MEWS and Flyer experience is preferred.

You are a strong team player, positive, proactive, and not afraid to fail. You are willing to work in Amsterdam and ideally live in or near the city.
