Export Control Program Manager

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Program Office Manager to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France.
The successful candidate will be part of a team developing the Airbus Helicopters Export Control Compliance Program, which is currently in the GECS phase. The GECS phase involves implementing a General Export Control System to ensure compliance with export control regulations.
As a key member of the Export Control Program team, you will support the AH Export Control Program lead in all tasks, including:
- Defining and deploying activities in coordination with the Airbus Group Export Control compliance Program organization, various AH Functions, and AH Subs and Affiliates Export Control Support team.
- Developing and implementing transverse export control initiatives, such as dashboards and KPIs.
- Proposing and organizing team events and workshops on transverse issues.
- Working with various departments to improve efficiency and foster continuous improvement.

Your Challenges:
You will support the Export Control Program Lead in all tasks, including:
- Proposing strategies, roadmaps, and supporting their implementation within various work packages.
- Preparing and deploying Communication and Change Management induced by strategies and roadmaps decided.
- Supporting business and Functions management, preparing and participating in Metier's routines, Steercos, Perfo reviews.
- Supporting PMO tasks: building and monitoring budget, dashboards, and KPIs, managing Risks & Opportunities + Lessons Learnt.
The mission also includes supporting Policies & Procedures (checking Business processes to meet Export Control requirements) and developing and deploying necessary new/upgrade information systems.
With regards to Subsidiaries, you will coordinate with the dedicated AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control support team to cascade Export Control Compliance Plan/GECS Program worldwide and support this team operationally as necessary.
Your Profile:
- More than 7 years of professional experience in Program/Project Management.
- Knowledge of Export Control regulations is a plus.
- Positive experience on medium/complex projects lead.
- Partner & external service providers management.
- Negotiation with internal customers.
- Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support.
- Good team spirit and Customer orientation.
- Good English level.
