We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Director to collaborate with our Executive Director international to develop and drive effective 360 marketing programs for all new product launches and existing core heroes within our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans for new launches by working cross-functionally with teams including Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Social, Influencer, Education, Events, and our Sephora retail partners.
  • Develop and refine brand and product messaging, ensuring key messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints and curated for each market.
  • Lead the localization of marketing copy and education materials for the international landscape.
  • Develop clear and thoughtful creative briefs for content teams to create best-in-class assets.
  • Drive and contribute to content creation processes with clear feedback and strategic direction.
  • Analyze sales data, industry trends, product reviews, and competitive research to identify actionable insights.
  • Manage and develop team members, delegating assignments and supporting career growth.

Requirements:

  • Work out of tarte's Paris office.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant marketing experience - beauty industry required.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget management and timeline adherence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all departments.
  • Works independently and takes initiative to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
