Reporting and Assignments
Are you willing to join the team that will contribute to shaping the future of disease therapy and product strategies? The Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management Department (CIKM) reports to Corporate Strategy and is highly exposed to the decision-making processes aimed at building the future of Servier. The Competitive Intelligence function is indeed essential for decision-making in order to draw inspiration and confirm corporate choices with a view to defining a relevant strategic plan. In this context, the CIKM is looking for an Insights Lead to execute Competitive Intelligence in Neurology and Oncology areas.
Accountabilities
This role combines analytical skills and pragmatic judgment, generating powerful insights addressing complex problems facing Servier, along with calls to action for assets in Neurology and Oncology from late Research to early Phase III.
You will establish strong working relationships across senior leadership (CCI, CS, R&D, BD, GMPA, GPS, WRA, etc.) to define the range of problems and translate these complex business problems into intelligence hypotheses.
You will conduct research, analyze data, and derive actionable insights and recommendations (including research, clinical, or medical inputs) that are shared across the TAs and with senior leaders to drive high-quality, evidence-driven strategic decisions.
Essential Skills/Experience
MD or Pharm D
- 8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep expertise in oncology and neurology R&D
Strong business acumen
- Ability to synthesize and integrate multiple sources of information to provide concise insights and recommendations
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and objectively challenge and influence senior stakeholders and provide alternate solutions
- Ability to build credibility and constructive relationships across internal clients of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence to present to and engage with senior-level stakeholders
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Prior direct experience of CI (or similar) covering both R&D and commercial aspects
Advanced degree holders who have a focus in portfolio management or clinical trials
