Strategic Growth Manager

We're a pioneering biotech startup with a mission to revolutionize the future of global health. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to join our team.

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities in France and internationally. You will also assist in nurturing existing ones, perform market research, and identify emerging trends and opportunities in the agrifood, health, and biotech sectors. Additionally, you will help produce reporting & board materials, assist in general company operations, and support company communication.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business domain or relevant equivalent
  • Initiative taker, fast learner, problem solver, rigorous, can-do attitude — entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Some startup, VC, or strategic consulting experience
