Job Description

As a Key / National Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing benchmarking intelligence, services, and content to assigned Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and/or Suppliers. Your primary goal will be to establish long-term partnerships with new and existing customers to drive organic growth and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study the automotive market and monitor OEM sales volume, as well as the profit status of leading domestic and global component manufacturers.
  • Explore potential customers and increase sales to existing customers.
  • Promote Value Proposition to customers in collaboration with Engagement Managers, Technical Account Managers, Product Managers, etc.
  • Ensure good performance in signing sales contracts, executing and managing related work, and coordinating the resolution of pre-sales, sales, customer service, and other issues.
  • In collaboration with internal services, ensure end-to-end contract relationship with the customer from Request for Information (RFI) to Cash Collection.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Services in the Automobile industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Understanding and knowledge of technologies related to Company Automobile Products will be a plus.
