Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic support and guidance to our Food & Beverage division. This role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with plant management to address human resources strategies and challenges, ensuring compliance with employment laws and compensation practices.
- Organizational Strategy: Assist in formulating the strategic plan for the site, translating objectives into actionable HR business plans.
- Cultural Development: Champion the development of site culture, emphasizing core values and principles.
- Team Development: Enhance the HR department's capabilities to support local and corporate initiatives effectively.
- Performance Management: Facilitate the performance management program to align site objectives with business performance.
- Talent Development: Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and build a succession pipeline.
- HR Governance: Ensure adherence to HR processes and governance, continuously improving systems related to discipline, grievances, and recruitment.
- Organizational Design: Support the implementation of organizational changes, ensuring effective management of restructuring and project objectives.
- Safety Management: Promote a culture of safety within the workplace, overseeing workers' compensation management.
- Financial Oversight: Manage human resources functions within budgetary constraints.

- A strategic partner with a comprehensive understanding of HR's impact on business success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to listen and respond effectively.
- A proactive and dynamic individual, skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
- Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive performance.
- Professional maturity with a strong service orientation.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in HR generalist roles, particularly in manufacturing settings.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, particularly in the French context.
