Haus Paris VIP Relations Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the operations of the Haus Paris showroom and assist the Haus manager in all VIP and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will embody the Haus and brand ethos, representing Levi's to high-profile individuals across various industries including fashion, cinema, music, art, and sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Levi's, ensuring that key talents are engaged and represented appropriately.
- Oversee the seeding and shopping experiences for French celebrities, ensuring that the most relevant figures are adorned in Levi's products.
- Manage the product assortment process, focusing on premium items and collaborations.
- Coordinate cultural programming that highlights Parisian influences in pop culture, film, and fashion.
- Facilitate product placements and customization opportunities for high-profile events such as film festivals and award shows.
- Support the development and implementation of the Haus calendar, aligning with global and local public relations strategies.
- Drive Levi's cultural initiatives within the Haus, including seasonal seeding programs targeting top-tier talents.
- Maintain relationships between VIPs and Levi's representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage logistics related to showroom operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Oversee maintenance and vendor management for the showroom, ensuring a well-functioning environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Haus Manager and other teams to ensure cohesive operations and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or showroom management.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Experience in event production and management.
- A genuine passion for public relations and current fashion and lifestyle trends.
