JOB DESCRIPTION

The role involves overseeing the needs of the Haus Paris showroom and assisting the Haus manager with all VIP and public relations activities that occur at the Haus, including:

  1. Acting as a representative for the Haus and brand, particularly for VIPs and high-profile talents across various industries such as fashion, cinema, music, art, and sports.
  2. Managing celebrity seeding and shopping initiatives in France to ensure that prominent and suitable talents are seen wearing Levi's both on and off screen.
  3. Coordinating the selection and ordering of Haus products, focusing on premium items (only Tiers 1 and collaborations).
  4. Supporting and facilitating cultural programming related to pop culture, film, television, celebrity, entertainment, and fashion, both within and outside the Haus:
  • Customization for product placements, red carpet events, and opportunities with celebrities (Cannes, Deauville, Hyères, César, Fashion Weeks, etc.)
  • Organizing events that celebrate Parisian culture.
  • Overseeing and coordinating reporting to evaluate Haus performance and enhance internal visibility.
  • Managing the Haus showroom, including logistics, inventory, and administrative tasks.
  • Implementing the Haus calendar and tools in alignment with awareness goals and global/local public relations strategies.
  • Supporting and advancing all Levi's cultural initiatives in Paris.
  • Driving all French seeding programs (seasonal, collaborations, etc.), with an emphasis on high-profile talents.
  • Facilitating relationships between VIPs/high-profile talents and Levi's representatives.
  • Handling shopping requests and product placements.
  • Overseeing showroom management, including visual merchandising, additional services, and delivery logistics.
  • Developing specific tools for the Haus, such as databases and tracking systems.
  • Managing samples and stock.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and management of the Haus, including vendor oversight when necessary (plumbing, electrical, security, cleaning services, etc.).
  • Collaborating closely with the Haus Manager.
  • Providing reports on programs, weekly summaries, and performance analyses.
  • Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across all teams – PR, Social Media, Channels, etc.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or showroom management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in event production.
  • Curious, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Passionate about public relations and trends in fashion and lifestyle.
