Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance in our key accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with our retail partners, and ensuring that our products are well-represented in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our sales team and retail partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring that they are well-represented in-store and that our retail partners are fully engaged.
  • Manage the sell-out of our products in key accounts, setting targets and following up to ensure that they are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring that they are fully supported and that our products are well-represented in-store.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance in key accounts, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our retail partners.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, with a track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to improve performance.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and the challenges faced by our retail partners.
