Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the face and voice of our industry-leading technology, engaging innovative recruitment companies and large employers to help them source and find the best candidates in a rapidly evolving job landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Professional Services team to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Identify industry trends and product requests to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and provide business intelligence insights to inform our growth strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of internal sales processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B technology or software sales.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products and services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and French).
  • Team player with a curious and outgoing personality.
  • Passion for problem-solving and learning about AI technology.
