**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our sales and revenue team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the hotel's General Managers and Multi-Property Revenue Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Deliver 'flash' sales activity to drive revenue and occupancy
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High energy, dynamic personality
  • Results-driven
  • Verbal, numerical, and analytical abilities
